Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the respondents to act according to the Scheme of the Central Government Interest Subsidy for Economically Weaker Section for Educational Loan in regards with the educational loan in A/c No.951400027 and 053601000071902 and release amounts as and when demanded by the third respondent and allow the petitioner to repay the educational loan with stipulated interest to an educational loan, after the completion of academic year of the course ( 2015-2019) pursued by the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had applied for the Educational Loan in the year 2016 and at present, she had completed her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

course and got job in a company. Therefore, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
