Learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a memorandum of compromise dated 13.5.2014 signed by both the parties stating that the parties had arrived at a settlement.

2. Learned counsel on either side represented that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of memorandum of compromise dated 13.5.2014.

In view of the above, the compromise memo dated 13.5.2014 is recorded and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 13.5.2014 and the same shall form part of the decree in the appeal.
