The present criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.7.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur, in Crl.M.P.No.402 of 2011 in M.C.No.29 of 2009.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this petition has become infructuous.
