O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in the petitioner's appeal filed under section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Act, 1965 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Aggrieved by the order dated 24.09.2020 rejected the petitioner's application seeking for renewal of license to run a school passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Act, 1965 before the first respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed the said appeal on 13.02.2021. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the said appeal as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is seeking for renewal of license to run a school.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner appeal is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 13.02.2021 filed under section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Act, 1965 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
