2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, we are inclined to condone the delay of 413 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.17,291/- and Rs.19,032/- respectively, in the above C.M.A., against M.C.O.P.Nos.2044 and 2045 of 2013, respectively, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special SubCourt No.2), Salem.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
