KAMMAPURAM POLICE STATION, CUDDALORE DISTRICT -606103, (CRIME NO. 330/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time in condition 7(a) of the order passed in Crl.OP.NO.10333 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 for deposit of condition amount, executing the bond and furnish sureties in Crime No.330 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of police, Kammapuram police station, Cuddalore District-606 103 by two weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10333 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the amount and to surrender and execute sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
