year 2011, as a result he is not even able to move without the help of others, as he is aged about 70 years. Moreover, her mother is also not well. Since her sister also got married and living separately with her husband, if the petitioner is posted at Aruppukottai, she will be able to extend some helping hand for her parents and also to her family. Citing all these reasons, the petitioner has given representations on various dates, namely, 18.9.2017, 19.11.2017 and 20.11.2017 seeking accommodation in any of the existing or future vacancies at the Aruppukottai Government Hospital. But the said request has not been considered. Therefore, she has been advised to come to this Court.

This Court, considering the plight of the petitioner, putting on notice the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, hereby directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the case of the petitioner, as and when any vacancy arises at the Aruppukottai Government Hospital, sympathetically. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
