O R D E R

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner to take action as against the third respondent, who is Inspector of Police, R-4 Police Station.

2.It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his partner. In this regard, both lodged the complaint. On the said complaint, the third respondent conducted enquiry and the entire dispute is civil in nature. Now, it is seen that the petitioner's premises situated at Buzallah Road, T.Nagar, is under lock and key of the third respondent with the help of rowdy element.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent conducted enquiry and closed the petition enquiry. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner as well as his partner, the third respondent did not even enter into the premises and did not lock the premises.

4.Recording the same, the petitioner is at liberty to open his premises situated at Buzallah Road, T.Nagar, if no order is pending as against the petitioner by the any other Court. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
