O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the first and second respondents to consider and grant Patta in respect of S.Nos.304/3, 304/4, 304/5, 304/6, V.Poodur Village, Villupuram Taluk as per the recommendation of the third respondent Assistant Director, Ex-Servicemen Welfare Office, Villupuram District vide letter Na.Ka.No.882/2016/A4 dated 09.03.2016 and also as per G.O.Ms.No.1270 Revenue Department https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 12.06.1979.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for Issuance of Patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner application was rejected by order dated 25.03.2022 passed by the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
