The present Application is filed to extend the time limit for execution of Bond in terms of the order dated 21.11.2025 in T.O.S.No.20 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. Accordingly, time is extended till 30.03.2026 for execution of the bond in terms of the order dated 21.11.2025 in T.O.S.No.20 of 2024.
