O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur in CMP.No.412 of 2020 in Cr.No.19 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested in Cr.No.19 of 2020 registered by the respondent police for the offence under Section 12(1) of Passport Act r/w.420, 468, 471 IPC. The petitioner was arrested on 11.02.2020, he filed the bail petition in CMP.No.412 of 2020, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur by an order dated 24.02.2020 granted bail to the petitioner, on condition to appear before the respondent/police daily at 10.30am for a period of 30days. Till date is petitioner is complying with the conditions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the trial Court in CMP.No.412 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30am for a period of 30days is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
