Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent made in C.No.A1/3317/2013, B.O.No.325/2013 dated 19.4.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to admit the petitioner for training school and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits.
