This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police viz, the Inspector of Police, M.1, Madhavaram Police Station, Chennai to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent in CSR No.952 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.402 of 2022 for the offences under Section 420 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
