When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner have also not interested in pressing this writ petition. Regarding the same, one of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner Mr.R.Srilan has sent a letter to the learned counsel. Therefore, learned counsel for the deceased petitioner has given a letter dated 12.09.2023 before the Registry and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. Moreover, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
2. Recording the letter dated 12.09.2023 and considering the Page No.2 of 5
submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.09.2023 dpa/vm Index :
