Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents particularly the Respondents 1 and 2 to direct the Respondents 6 and 7 to provide all such benefits that were recommended under the VIth Pay Commission recommendations, notified in G.O.Nos;105 and 106 dated 07.02.2006 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
