This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 6.5.2015 under section 420, 379 and 506(ii) IPC.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.206 of 2015 on the complaint dated 6.5.2015 made by the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 6.5.2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
