This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 570 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.20 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Gingee.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay of 570 days is condoned and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the matter along with C.M.A.No.1632 of 2021.
