ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2021. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 20.11.2021 before the respondents 1 to 3, whereby she sought to cancel the payment receipt issued in favour of the 4th respondent based upon bogus allotment order and not to issue any sale deed in respect of Plot No.934 and Door No.23, Vallalar Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Chennai -78. However, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2021 will be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2021 on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
