This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 4.7.2015.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 4.7.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.7.2015. 4.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
