Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has no objection in allowing this petition.

Further, this petition is filed to condone the delay of 315 days in filing the Criminal Appeal and the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of conviction.

Hence, in view of the above said facts, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
