ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case and take necessary action against the counter parties on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a report before this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.On a reading of the complaint, the dispute is essentially appears to be contractual in nature and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR. 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
