ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) Alleging that the petitioner's wife Mrs.Jayalakshmi, aged about 29 years has been found missing from 19.01.2017. Since, the detenue was so far not secured by the respondent Police, the petitioner is before this Court with this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, both the petitioner and the detenue have appeared before this Court.
