The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 12.09.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 18877 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

has submitted that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, an investigation has been conducted and the same came to be closed on 19.03.2018.
