(CRIME NO.632 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Anticipatory Bail Condition to appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6390 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9209 of 2020 order dated 16.10.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.ABRAHAM PRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

9209 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 269, 294(b) and 353 of IPC, in Crime No.632 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two weeks i.e. alternative Monday's at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
