This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3589 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3589 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025 is relaxed.
