This revision challenges the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam dated 19.09.2015 in C.M.P.No.3366 of 2015 in C.C.No.443 of 2013.

2. The matter has been repeatedly adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter has also been adjourned on the ground that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Presently, counsel for the petitioner is absent.

3. The petitioner is accused of offence under Sections 417 and 506(ii) IPC in case pending trial in C.C.No.443 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam. After completion of examination of the prosecution witnesses and at the stage of examination of defence witnesses, the respondent police moved a petition under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C towards further investigation and towards establishing that the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the father of the child born to PW1. The same was taken on file as C.M.P.No.3366 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam. Such petition stands allowed under orders of the Court below dated 19.09.2015. Thereagainst, this revision has been filed.

4. Where an order has been made towards bringing forth what could be scientifically proved, the same would not permit of any interference.
