The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would join at Mallasamuthiram without prejudice to the contention on merit in the writ petition.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to join at Mallasamuthiram without prejudice to the issues raised in the writ petition and the contempt petition is closed.
