ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case by lodging a FIR based on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner herein, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it is obvious that the petitioner borrowed vehicle loan and there is an issue between him and the financier, to add spice to the complaint, the petitioner has alleged that the opposite party had called him by caste name. It is not a fit case to give positive direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
