PRAYER in WP No.4149 of 2019: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.16990-2011.K.2 dated 06.02.2013 and subsequent notice dated Na.Ka.No.16990-2011.K.2 dated 11.02.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioner concerned.

COMMON ORDER The instant writ petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 06.12.2013 in Na.Ka.No.16990-2011.K.2 dated 06.02.2013 on the ground that the 1st respondent did not have the jurisdiction to initiate disciplinary proceedings. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent has initiated proceedings and enquiry itself was concluded on 17.10.2013, which is under challenge in WP No.28698 and 28699 of 2013 before this Court.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
