This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonthamallee, to dispose of the C.C.No.269 of 2018 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonthamallee to complete the proceedings in CC.No.269 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
