This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 220 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.95023 of 2019.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 220 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund (COVID-19) through online, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed automatically.
