This revision is preferred against the order of learned Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore, passed in C.M.P.No.34 of 2015 in M.C.No.6 of 2015 on 03.09.2015.

2. Heard Learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner challenges the order of interim maintenance directing payment of a sum of Rs.3,000/- and Rs.4,000/- per month respectively to the wife and minor children of the petitioner.

4. In passing the order under challenge the court below has informed the duty of the petitioner to maintain his wife and child, the petitioner's contention of the first respondent/wife having income has not been proved, petitioner's contentions of first respondent's family members earning incomes being immaterial and the allegations of the petitioner having substantial source of income not having been denied. approach stands adopted by the court below. The order under challenge does not call for any interference.
