Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Crime No.220 of 2014 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case in Crime No.220 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
