CRIME NO.303/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.3543/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33217/2019 dated 18.03.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3543 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33217 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 468 of IPC in Crime No.303 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
