This application has been filed to amend the original petition by substituting the date of death as 03.11.2019 instead of 13.11.2019 and to consequently direct the Registry to amend the Probate Certificate.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. Since the amendment is sought to set right the clerical error, application is ordered.
