This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the

court made the following order:- The learned Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu has filed the above application in A.No.1457 of 2022 seeking permission to utilize the accumulated funds of Financial Year 2016-2017 of the trust estates of "P.Rajamannar Chetty, Kadapakkam Charities, MOPL and Ponnambalam Pillai" for making donation to the following persons/institutions as follows: Thiruvannamalai Sathya Dharma Salai Nithiya Annadhanam and thus the Official Trustee may also joint hands with them to help the poor and needy children by donating a total sum of Rs.1,31,000/- (Rupees one lakh thirty one thousand only) as per the orders of this Court. 2.The learned Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu has filed a report dated 30.03.2022 stating as follows:

"The Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu submits that the office of the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu [AG & OT] has been administering more than 150 Trust Estates. There are properties belonging to the Trust

Estates and rental income derived from them are put in fixed deposit. Out of the rental and interest income on fixed deposit the O/o AG & OT has been doing charities, maintenance to the beneficiaries, scholarship to the students, salary to estate staff, making statutory charges to government, paying income tax, meeting other necessary expenses. Apart from that, as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court donation by way of things, articles and medical machines etc. is being given to the NGOs and other institutions based on their request. 2.The Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu humbly submits that the Office of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu is administering the Trust Estate of Madras Ordinance Pensioned Luscars Charities, Kadapakkam, P.Rajamannar Chetty and Ponnambalam Pillai. As per the Will and Scheme Decree of the Hon'ble High Court of Madrass, this office is performing charities.

3.The Official Trustee further submits that requisitions for donation from the following persons and institutions have been received by this office as detailed below. The copies of their requisition letters are marked as Exhibit D1. Purpose A.Manjula, No.1/1112, Kumudhan Nagar, Mugalivakkam, Porur, Chennai-125.

Son's eye surgery N.Vennilla, No.2, Kanagaraya Thottam, Pattalam, Demolas Road, Chennai-12 Children education assistances Thiruvannamalai Sathya Dharma Salai Nithiya Annadhanam No.15A, Pay Gopuram Street Main Road, Thiruvannamalai.

4.The Official Trustee further submits that the accumulated funds of the financial year 2016-17 are to be utilized form the following trust estates:

Trust Estate Amount P.Rajamannar Chetty Rs. 61,476.00 Kadapakkam Charities Rs. 24,517.00 MOPL Rs. 22,276.00 4.

Ponnambalam Pillai Rs. 23,413.00 Total Rs.1,31,682.00 5.The Official Trustee further submits that the accumulated funds may be utilized for donating the requirements given by the above mentioned persons and institution as per the following proportions: A.Manjula, No.1/1112, Kumudhan Nagar, Mugalivakkam, Porur, Chennai-125.

N.Vennilla, No.2, Kanagaraya Thottam, Pattalam, Demolas Road, Chennai-12 Thiruvannamalai Sathya Dharma Salai Nithiya Annadhanam, No.15A, Pay Gopuram Street Main Road, Thiruvannamalai.

3.Being satisfied with the report filed by the learned Official Trustee, this Court permits the learned Official Trustee to utilize the accumulated

funds of Financial Year 2016-2017 of the trust estates of "P.Rajamannar Chetty, Kadapakkam Charities, MOPL and Ponnambalam Pillai" for making donation as follows:
