When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2022, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, this Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. That apart, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on 2/4

behalf of the respondent that the debt has already been assigned in favour of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited as early as on 26.03.2014. This asset company has not been brought on record till now. 2.In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
