ORDER

This Court by order dated 09.02.2016 has allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.4736 of 2016 on the following lines_ In the result, the order dated 31.12.2015 passed by the respondent is set aside insofar as the property in S.No.489/2 is concerned and the matter is remanded back to the respondent for passing fresh orders. The petitioner is permitted to furnish a copy of the decree passed in O.S.No.640 of 1970

dated 29.07.1970 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Villupuram to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of such documents, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders with regard to transfer of patta in respect of the property in S.No.489/2 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to other necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 09.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
