This revision challenges the order of dismissal of the petition seeking to return the vehicle.

2. The vehicle, namely Maruthi Swift Car bearing registration No.TN22-BQ-8067, is said to have been involved in a case registered in Crime No.668 of 2015 for offences under Section 4(1)(a) read with Section 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act on the file of the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the vehicle stands confiscated under Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed.
