Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the orders passed in Roc.No.28924/2016/K1 of the respondent herein dated 26.04.2017 and the consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to retire with all benefits.

After making deliberations with regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and when the Court expressed a view not to entertain this writ petition, in view of the fact that the case relates to the charge memo, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, has chosen to withdraw the writ petition and based on the endorsement made in the bundle, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
