ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an F.I.R as per the directions given by the Learned Judicial Magistrate II, Nagapattinam in Crl.M.P.No.2757 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in

pursuance of the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, the first respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.344 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 IPC and 5 of TN Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act,1997, on 08.08.2023.
