This petition is filed to condone the delay of 394 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 are the conductor and driver of the bus belonging to the 3rd respondent-Transport Corporation.

3.Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 394 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai 600 001 [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
