Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and shall not leave Chennai without prior permission by this court as imposed in order dated 03.03.2022 in Crl.OP.No.3912/2022 by this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3912 of 2022 by an order dated 03.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of everyday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
