TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Appellants 1 to 5 and their respective counsel and Counsel for the Respondent have made an endorsement in the Memorandum of Grounds Appeal stating that they are withdrawing the second appeal.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the appellants 1 to 5 and counsel for both sides, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as settled out of Court.

3. The half of the Court fee paid by the appellants 1 to 5 shall be refunded to the appellants 1 to 5 in the manner provided under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
