This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR in compliance of the order dated 13.09.2022 made in C.M.P.No.3175 of 2022 before Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram forthwith.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite giving direction to register the FIR within a period of fifteen days from the date of passing of the order in C.M.P.No.3175 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram, respondent police has not registered the FIR. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, after preliminary enquiry, it was found that there was no truth in the complaint allegations. Therefore, complaint was closed as mistake of fact.
