ORDER

Seeking to reopen the contempt petition, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.09.2018 has 1/2

Sub Application No.381 of 2021 in Contempt Petition No.1911 of 2019 not been complied with by the respondents.

2.Denying averments made in the application, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.24575 of 2018 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in e/f/32/2019/M1, dated 19.11.2019 to that effect. The said factum was also conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
