ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to extend the benefits of G.O.(1D).No.286, School Education (GE.1) Department, dated 19.07.2016 and G.O.(1D).No.238, School Education (Nee.Va.4(2)) Department, dated 07.04.2017 and G.O.(Pa).No.72, School Education (G.E) Department, dated 28.02.2019 to the petitioner also for regularization in the post of Record Clerk from the date of proposal (i.e) 03.11.1998 onwards on par with junior for the purpose of pension and also based on the Writ Appeal Order dated 05.12.2017 in W.A.No1292/2017 and W.A.No.1458 of 2019, dated 20.01.2023 and grant pension to the petitioner from the date of retirement with effect from 01.10.2017.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law in the light of the Government Order passed in G.O.(1D).No.286, School Education (GE.1) Department, dated 19.07.2016 and G.O.(1D).No.238, School Education (Nee.Va.4(2)) Department, dated 07.04.2017 and G.O.(Pa).No.72, School Education (G.E) Department, dated 28.02.2019 and the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in by this Court in W.A.No1292/2017 dated 05.12.2017 and W.A.No.1458 of 2019, dated 20.01.2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
