ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
