[This case has been heard through video conference] The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.02.2021 in connection with a case in Crime No. 126 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police registered for the offence punishable u/s 174 of Cr.P.C.@ into Section 120-B, 302, 201 and 34 of IPC, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that pending bail petition, the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 29.03.2021.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference sought permission of this court to withdraw the petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
