Since the civil revision petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking stating that he will handover the premises bearing Flat No.G-2, "Anandham Enclave", Ground Floor, Plot No.2, Indira Gandhi II Cross Street, Avvai Nagar, Choolaimedu, Chennai, the order of stay with respect to RLTOP.No.321 of 2021 regarding the civil revision petitioner has become infructuous.

Hence, RLTOP shall now proceed as against the second respondent in the civil revision petition as expeditiously as possible.
